About Ben Justesen

Ben has worked in this Industry since he was young in the family business, Just Right Cleaning & Construction (JRCC) and has been in the industry for over 20 years. He studied Business Marketing at Eastern Washington University, got married and moved back his home town to again work in the family business as an Estimator along with wearing many hats in a small business and eventually bought out the company from his father 9 years ago.

He has been certified in all aspects of the industry including: carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, water damage, advanced drying, fire & smoke damage, structural estimating, mold remediation, lead renovation, thermal imaging, hardwood and concrete drying, construction remodeling, AHERA inspector and is working on the higher designations within the RIA. He has taught many classes to real estate agents, insurance agents, home inspectors, maintenance technicians and other restoration companies nationwide and is a Xactimate Certified Trainer.

Organizations that he belongs to include: Restoration Industry Association, IICRC, National Association of Homebuilders, Building Industry Association of Washington Positions held: President of JRCC, President of Enlightened Restoration Solutions, President of Grant County Homebuilders, Chairman to the parade of homes, RIA Membership Committee, RIA Chair of Young Professional Restorers Committee, Soccer coach for city league. Awards won: Remodeler's Magazine Top 500 in the Nation, Remodeler's Big 50, Inc. Magazine’s 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies, and 2018 RIA Patricia L. Harmon Golden Quill Award for Best Article. Ben has been married to Shannon Justesen for 17 years and has a daughter and three sons.
